REFUND POLICY

IMPRESSION ON TIMBER

All sales are final as all products are made upon order placement. Any completed orders are unable to be cancelled for any reason. If your order has any custom item in it, your order is unable to be cancelled. We do not accept any returns or exchanges. If you have questions about shipping time frames, please refer to our shipping policy. 

If your package arrives damaged in transit, please file a claim with the USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. If your package arrives in good condition but has damaged pieces, it is your responsibility to contact us with photos within 7 business days of delivery confirmation.  We will refund any completely unusable pieces to your original method of payment upon proof.  If any pieces are incorrect or missing, it is your responsibility to contact us with photos within 7 business days of delivery confirmation and we will fix any mistakes.
